This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of acceptable behavior when using FoodPhoto.ai. It exists to protect our users, our platform, and the broader community. By using FoodPhoto.ai, you agree to comply with this policy.

Permitted Use

FoodPhoto.ai is designed for legitimate food photography enhancement. Permitted uses include:

• Enhancing food photos for restaurant menus, delivery platforms, and marketing materials
• Improving lighting, backgrounds, and composition of food images
• Generating styled food photography for commercial or personal use
• Batch processing of food images for catalog and menu creation
• Creating social media content featuring food products

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

Deceptive or Misleading

• Deepfakes and synthetic impersonation: Do not use FoodPhoto.ai to create images that impersonate real people, brands, or establishments without their consent
• Grossly inaccurate food representation: Enhanced photos should reasonably represent the actual dish. Do not use AI enhancement to make food look fundamentally different from what a customer would receive
• Fake reviews or testimonials: Do not generate images to create fabricated customer reviews or testimonials

Illegal or Harmful

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Content depicting controlled substances in violation of applicable law
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Content depicting or promoting violence, abuse, or exploitation
• Content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or offensive
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate context

Non-Food Content

FoodPhoto.ai is purpose-built for food photography. While our AI processes various images, the platform is not intended for:

• Portrait or fashion photography
• Real estate or architectural photography
• Medical or scientific imaging
• Any other category unrelated to food, beverages, or dining

We may decline to process images that fall outside our intended use case.

Platform Integrity

You may not:

• Reverse engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract our AI models, algorithms, or source code
• Scrape or crawl: Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from FoodPhoto.ai beyond what our API explicitly supports
• Circumvent security: Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features, access controls, or rate limits
• Build competing products: Use FoodPhoto.ai outputs, models, or data to build or train competing AI services
• Share credentials: Share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized third parties
• Automated abuse: Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the service in ways not explicitly supported by our API

Rate Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, the following rate limits apply:

Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429). Persistent or intentional abuse may lead to account suspension.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• Warning: A written notice for first-time or minor violations
• Temporary suspension: Account access restricted for a defined period
• Permanent termination: Account permanently closed for severe or repeated violations
• Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or initiation of legal proceedings for illegal activity

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion to protect the platform and its users.
