The short version
Refunds are not automatic, but we are fair. If something went wrong — you were billed in error, a purchase did not deliver its credits, or enhancements failed because of a problem on our side — contact us and we will make it right with a re-run, credit restoration, or a refund where appropriate.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund the erroneous amount in full to your original payment method.
Failed or unusable enhancements
One credit is consumed per AI enhancement. Because AI output varies, an occasional result you simply dislike is part of normal use — re-running with a different style or a clearer source photo usually fixes it. However, if an enhancement fails to process, returns a corrupted file, or is clearly defective (for example, the dish itself was distorted beyond recognition), contact support with the affected image and we will restore the credits or re-run the job at no cost.
One-time credit packs
If you purchased a credit pack (such as the $2.99 Try Pack) and have used none of the credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once any credit from a pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable, but the failed-enhancement remedies above still apply to individual jobs.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; this stops future renewals and your remaining credits stay usable through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods. If a renewal was charged after you cancelled, that is a billing error — see above, and we will refund it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account (or use the contact page) with the charge date, the amount, and a short description of the problem. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state.
