These Terms of Service govern your use of FoodPhoto.ai. By creating an account or using the browser app, native iPhone app, or backend service, you agree to these terms.

The service

FoodPhoto.ai is an AI tool that enhances real dish photos into menu-ready images. You upload photos, choose styles or marketing presets, and generate enhanced images. The service is intended to improve real food photos — not to fabricate menu items or misrepresent your food.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Credits and payment

• FoodPhoto.ai is credit-based. Each successful final image generation consumes one credit.
• Plans and credit packs, including channel availability, are described on the Pricing page. Plans differ by included credits and billing period.
• Browser purchases are processed by Stripe. Purchases offered inside the iPhone app are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing channel used to buy them.
• Deleting a FoodPhoto account does not itself cancel a subscription. Cancel browser subscriptions in the FoodPhoto billing portal and native subscriptions in Apple subscriptions.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload them. You grant FoodPhoto.ai the limited permission needed to process those photos and generate your requested images. Images you generate may be used for your commercial menu, listings, website, ads, and printed materials.

Acceptable use

Do not use FoodPhoto.ai to upload content you do not have rights to, to break the law, or to misrepresent food in a deceptive way. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated results vary with the quality of the source photo, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, FoodPhoto.ai is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
