Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free generations

A verified email includes two successful food-photo generations at no charge. Free generations use a slower processing queue and include a FoodPhoto.ai watermark. Paid generations are faster and watermark-free. Failed or timed-out generations do not use the free allowance.

Credit packs

If you purchased a one-time credit pack and have not used any credits, request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once any credit has been used to produce a successful image, the pack is normally non-refundable because generation costs have been incurred. We will review duplicate charges, technical failures, and legally required refunds individually.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription from the billing or app-store account used to purchase it. Cancellation stops future renewal; access and remaining benefits continue through the paid billing period unless the store states otherwise. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Generation failures

Failed generations do not consume free allowance or paid credits. If a technical error charged a credit without delivering a usable result, contact us so we can restore it.

Email [email protected] with the account email, transaction date, purchase channel, and a short description. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
