How FoodPhoto publishes, corrects and sells
This page states who is responsible for the site, how product copy is checked against the live catalog, how corrections are handled, and where refunds and privacy are defined. It is written for reviewers, partners and customers who need the rules in one place.
Publisher and responsibility
FoodPhoto.ai is published and operated by CodeAustral LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. CodeAustral LLC is the seller of record for photo packs, monthly plans and the Academy, and is responsible for the content published on this domain.
Account coordination, support and billing correspondence are handled by the FoodPhoto team at hello@foodphoto.ai. Messages are read and answered within one to two business days. There is no chatbot on paid support: a person reads the message.
Administrative contact for legal, privacy and press requests uses the same address. Postal details are available on request; the registered company state is Wyoming, USA.
Editorial policy
Pages are written from the product itself, not from an agency brief. The rules below apply to every customer-facing page:
- Prices and limits come from the catalog. Plan prices, credit estimates and pack sizes are read from the same commerce catalog that the checkout uses. If a page shows a number, that number exists in the catalog.
- No invented proof. Statistics carry a source and a link. Founder and press material refers to the founder's own restaurants and is labelled as such. Ratings, customer counts and testimonials are published only as supplied by the owner; they are not generated to fill a layout.
- No invented ingredients. Every product image starts from a photograph of a real dish. A result may change light, background, colour, crop and texture; it does not add dishes or ingredients that were not on the plate. Customers are asked to compare each result with the original before publishing.
- AI is disclosed. FoodPhoto is an AI-assisted studio and says so on the home page, the plan pages and the Academy. No page claims that an image was photographed by a person when it was generated.
- Delivery platforms decide. Photos are prepared to the published size and crop guidance of each platform. Acceptance is decided by the platform, and no page promises approval.
- No artificial scarcity. There is no countdown, waiting list or “closing soon” device on a price that has no real deadline. If an offer is ever published, it carries a real regular price and a real end date.
Corrections policy
If a page is wrong, write to hello@foodphoto.ai with the URL and the sentence in question. Corrections are handled in this order:
- The claim is checked against the catalog, the source cited on the page, or the product itself.
- If the claim cannot be supported, it is corrected or removed within five business days.
- If the correction changes a price, a limit or a condition, the page's review date is updated and the change is noted in the release record.
- The person who reported it receives a reply stating what changed, or why the published claim stands.
Factual corrections are never charged and never require an account.
Plans, credits and conditions
Photo packs are one-time purchases that do not expire while the account is active. Monthly plans renew until cancelled and can be cancelled from the account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Over any seven days, up to 50% of a monthly balance can be used. Failed generations return the reserved usage. Video is available on the Business and Private plans.
There is no free trial and no free credit. The Academy's first lesson is free editorial material; the studio itself is paid.
Refunds, privacy and cookies
Refunds and cancellations follow the refund and cancellation policy, which states what is refundable and within which period. Personal data is described in the privacy policy. Cookies and consent categories are described in the cookie policy; the choice can be changed at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Access requests
Packages and plans can be bought directly; no application is required. A conversation is offered for multi-location groups, agencies and the Private plan, where onboarding and volume need a person. The applications page explains what to send and what happens next. Applying never hides a price: every price is public on the plans page before anyone writes to us.
